It is a 3,000 square-foot fast food restaurant with a drive-through within the Evergreen Village commercial plaza, located on the corner of Cochrane Rd. and Butterfield Blvd. Proposed Project Info Cochrane Tech The approximately 29-acre site is located west of DePaul Road, south of Cochrane Road, east of US 101, and north of Half Road, and is a flexible commercial / industrial site that is under construction.
